Abstract submission

Abstracts should be submitted in English, not exceed 200 words (excluding authors, affiliations and references) and adhere to the following format:

Structure your text so that background and objectives, methods, results and conclusions of the study are easily perceptible.

Spelling rules

The International System of Units (SI) should be used wherever appropriate.

Genus and species names should be written in full on first mention and abbreviated on subsequent mentions.

Greek letters and symbols may be used.

Standard rules of English grammar should be applied.

Acceptance

The presenting authors will be notified of acceptance on November 23, 2015 by e-mail (please make sure to state your correct e-mail address).

Short oral presentations

All participants with selected abstracts will have to make a brief presentation (15 min) in the short presentations session.

Poster size and orientation

All posters should be in A3 format (29.7 cm width x 42 cm length) in portrait (i.e., vertical) orientation only.

Poster award

A symbolic award of 250€ will be attributed to the best poster, to be selected by a designated jury.

Deadline for abstract submission is 18th of November 2015.
